During the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 cryptocurrency apps on the iOS platform in Brazil showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers valuable insights into the cryptocurrency app market.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a notable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, peaking at approximately 13.5K during the week of May 22. However, this was followed by a decline, ending the quarter with around 4.3K downloads. Weekly active users showed a gradual decline from 51.4K at the start of the quarter to about 40.8K by the end.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet experienced a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.1K and reaching 1.9K by the end of June. Weekly active users, however, showed a downward trend, starting from 6.1K and ending at approximately 4.5K.

For Bitso - Buy bitcoin easily, weekly downloads exhibited a steady increase, peaking at around 1.1K in mid-June. Active users fluctuated but remained relatively stable, starting at 2.1K and ending the quarter at approximately 1.9K.

Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet saw a progressive rise in weekly downloads, from 344 at the beginning of the quarter to 763 by the end. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 6.0K at the start to about 5.2K by the end of June.

Lastly, Mercado Bitcoin - Criptomoedas experienced an increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 824 in the last week of June. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 16K mark throughout the quarter.
